Early in his career, Joey Garcia decided he wanted to use the law to protect individuals who have been injured, threatened, or taken advantage of by the bullies of the world … the insurance companies, the corporations, and those who would use their economic or political power to distort the justice system in their favor.

Since moving back to Fairmont in 2017, Joey has used his experience and skill to achieve justice for clients who are injured or killed by the negligent, reckless, or illegal conduct of others in car wrecks, commercial truck accidents, civil rights actions, medical malpractice cases, and workplace tragedies.
