Chirag’s analytical skills are incredible as he took large amounts of information and was able to explain what was occurring to me with my employer into a format I could easily understand. When I needed to talk with him he was very responsive which put me at ease as I needed to ask him questions onc...e he answered my questions this put me at ease. He has an ability to investigate and research a claim in-depth then explain to me his findings which was very valuable to me. He impressed me with his communication skills because legal laws and terms are not something I understood, but again he put those laws into a format I could understand in relation to my employment issue at work. I felt his listening skills were the most important to me because it was hard for me to explain what was occurring to me as I was so upset the way I was being treated by my supervisor and felt helpless.
