Michael David Safcsak

I had a hearing which I wasn't notified of and michael was my lawyer and didnt tell me we had a court date and over 3 years later I have a capias against me for failure to appear. I've tried to call over 20 times and no answer. Cant leave a message because his voice mail is full. Lawyers like this ne...ed to be held accountable for ineffective counsel. I'm reporting him to the west Virginia bar association. And anyone who wasn't properly represented by Michael should report him to the bar. Lawyers will do their job correctly if you show them your not going to settle for what ever the state throws out for a guilty plea if your innocent.

Mike failed at providing any kind of solid help towards my case. He did the least amount of work. Didnt represent me with any professionalism. Was always late showing up to court hearings. Didnt respond but a few times via text or phone calls. Doesnt care if you win or lose. He is a part of the probl...em. Do not get represented by this man

I have been trying to contact my attorney with things that have been going on with my child, andvi fear for his safety and nobody seems to do nothing about it. I have been wrongly accused of child abuse & neglect, there was no investigation, i have had no visits with my child and now for some reason ...they have been terminated because i supposably had contact that wasn't approved. I need help to get my child back because of father's actions, drinking& driving while have child in vehicle, leaving child home alone & running around unsupervised.
