I was hit by an ATV operated on a highway in rural WV while I was riding my Motorcycle. I lived, but shattered my shoulder blade, broke my right hand and tore my knee. Thank God the jerk had insurance but unfortunately it was State Farm. Even though the guy got a ticket for operating on a roadway, St...ate Farm denied my claim; coming up with all sorts of stupid reasons why me getting hit by an off road vehicle with no lights, signals or plates was somehow my fault. To add insult to injury....it seemed nobody wanted to take my case! I called every attorney in the greater Morgantown area and was told that It wasn't quote: 'a slam dunk case'.
