Richard Kyle Nuttall

Kyle has helped me by reviewing several oil and gas leases. I asked a lot of questions about the first lease, and he explained the options clearly and concisely. He has been wonderful about suggesting alternative language and advocating for me as the client. I've gone back to him 2-3 times for hel...p with subsequent leases, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Nuttall drew a blank on 3 laws pertaining to his area of expertise. I had done all of the research and went back to write down the numbers of the laws he had not heard of. I told the oil co. And Mr. Nuttall that it is a law that the storage tanks and laterals and wells have numbers on them to t...ell the county, state and co. These are permit #s. He lied to me when he said he called the oil and gas permit department ,siding with the oil co. an told me no, they did not need the permit/aPI numbers. Mr. Nuttall does help a lot of people with free advice and likes to do modifications of leases, but when you need a racehorse, please go elsewhere.
