OUTCOME: A jury awarded plaintiffs every dollar paid to World Savings for the purchase of their home--$554,750 and punitive damages for fraud in the sum of $3.2 million.

Plaintiffs purchased a home from World Savings who had earlier acquired the home through foreclosure. The home suffered from severe settlement and earth movement problems that were masked by World Sav ... ing. When the home was sold by World, no disclosure was made.
