Atty heinerman took my case , had me sign a contract in immense pain, told me he could guarantee us winning against my employer and workers comp. He sent a couple of dispute letters and that was it. He told me statute of limitations was out, said I didn't listen to him and workers comp did not have... to settle if they don't want to. My case was done. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone! If you do decide to consult with him be very cautious of the contractual wording before signing or initialing.
