Trustee Removal

OUTCOME: Judge ordered his brother removed as Trustee and appointed my client. My Client can now sell the house and supoena all accounts for records and offset amounts taken by his brother from his brother's half inheritance from the sale of the house.

Parents named two of their sons, older son as first successor trustee of their Trust, and younger son second. After parents passed away, older son removed all money in all accounts and placed money in ... his own brokerage account telling his younger brother there is no money to distribute. Younger brother still lived in parents home which was last asset of the estate. He wanted to sell the home and wanted the parents estate to be divided in equal shares, so he retained me to remove his brother as the successor trustee and get himself appointed as successor trustee so he could sell the house.
