Jason J Stemple

I was born and raised in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.  At the age of seventeen, I joined the United States Army and served in Fairbanks, Alaska as an infantry soldier.  After serving four years in the United States Army, I enrolled and graduated from Marshall University.  I worked as a Paralegal until I was accepted at West Virginia College of Law in 1998.  After graduation from WVU College of Law, I became an Associate at The Duffield Law Firm.

I am now a partner at Duffield, Lovejoy, Stemple and Boggs, representing both corporate defendants and plaintiffs in all areas of civil litigation.  I have litigated cases in state and/or federal courts in West Virginia, Kentucky and Pennsylvania.  I am married to Treva Oxley, an attorney for the Social Security Administration.  We have three children, and we enjoy hunting, shooting, hiking and spending time in the outdoors.
