A case was recently settled caused by the egregious sexual harassment of my client. My client worked for a large corporation and had worked her way up in the company and acquired added responsibility. ... She had her own office and handled important matters for her employer. An engineer for the company was senior to her and had the authority to assign her added tasks. This engineer constantly harassed my client. He did the following things: Bit her ear, Snuck up behind her and fondled her breasts, Said he would pay her for sex. This and more went on until she finally asked me for help. We brought suit on her behalf. The engineer who had abused my client was terminated and my client received enough in the award to move out of her apartment and buy a condominium.
