I have represented union workers and other working men and women of West Virginia for close to 20 years. After running the West Virginia office of a large law firm, I opened Prim Law Firm, PLLC in Hurricane, WV. As a workplace injury and trial lawyer, I has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for clients. My special focus is mesothelioma and asbestos-related lung cancer, but I also handle toxic torts, construction and industrial accidents, and non-work related injury and disability claims and automobile accident cases.
