Jeff Gould Public PRETENDER Berkeley County WV
Do not waste your or tax payers $ using Jeff Gould as a public defender or through a private law firm. He works hand in hand with the Prosecutors office. In my opinion he is a POOR excuse of an attorney & I don’t know how he sleeps at night.
