My workers’ compensation practice covers all of West Virginia and my Social Security disability practice extends throughout West Virginia and into Kentucky, Ohio and Virginia. I am admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Eleventh Circuits.
