Non responsive except to send the occasional email. She was appointed to me for a case. The case stretched to a year. Then an appeal case she waited until last minute to file for me. She told me that I couldn't file a re appeal which supreme court told me I could due to me not being notified of anyth...ing involving the case. I found out that she had dismissed me while I was waiting for the Supreme Court case. She was appointed to me for another court case. She was still sending stuff to an address that was not my address I had provided her with multiple times. Her and her secretary lied to me and said I never gave that information. I was provided no information and she outright refused to honor anything she was supposed to file on my behalf. She was supplying information to the other side and she outright called me a liar and accused me of being on drugs and told me I needed psych meds. She refused to use any evidence and kept trying to get me to not speak in court. Battling court for 2 years becuz of her lack of professional and ethical actions.

when in an adoption had taken place ad there was proof of abuse to myself and my kids and provided proof of documents after the adoption had happened there wasnt even a phone call from this lawyer to even contact me where i was staying and the social worker on the case knew and had the phone number w...here i was residing at so i know it was on file unless someone else spoke differently just to make it better for themselves in court. anyway this lawyer said there was nothing she couould do to help me get my kids back and believed every lie said about me. she didnt even try and told me if i wanted my kids bad enough i should've walked the 12 miles to court. if this lawyer has children she should put herself in someone else's place and life and k ow more about a situation before speaking on something she doesn't know about. i hope what happened to me turns and comes back to this women here. then maybe shell be grateful and appreciative for the things she took advantage of not everyone has money like others do and not everyone is brought up the same in house holds, and love can mean MANY different things to other people, but when your a mother and you hold your baby for the first time an know in relief that child is alive when it comes out and you hold that baby remember that baby doest know who god is yet they are brought up to know about god but while that baby ooks at u and u looking at that baby to that baby you are god because that baby does not yet know who god is. children are intimidated by adults and if they think and see that it makes the adult happy or gets attention they will continue to do it over again and again for that attention. whether its good or bad, yes my parents might have had the money but they can not love them they way the parents do instead of making a decision right away there needs to be a better communication process due to involvement of family member sabotaging cases like this one. i did find a way and i did this even without you Mrs. Bullman. a Penal Law can be filed for false accusations like this and yes when it concerns the well being and safety of my children or anyone else's at that matter you need to defiantly look into a case with the DHHR and social worker that bring matters like this for no reason at all to court, and do a little more at helping your clients then worry about money in your pocket maybe one da you will understand the damages done to people that don't deserve it.
