Biography
Tony O’Dell (Bar No. 5770), admitted to the West Virginia bar in 1991, is a seasoned personal injury trial lawyer with more than three decades of experience handling complex matters, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, brain injury, birth injuries, motor vehicle and trucking collisions, nursing home neglect, and insurance bad faith. A Marshall University graduate who earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law, Tony combines aggressive, diligent representation with responsiveness to client needs. Tony has been recognized for obtaining one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts in the United States in 2018.
