I really love what I do. I have litigated dozens of class action cases involving robocall telemarketing (TCPA), mortgage loan overcharges, predatory lending, consumer finance, and consumer protection and antitrust cases for state governments. I have tried multi-plaintiff mass action cases, and have argued appeals in state and federal courts addressing the Class Action Fairness Act, TCPA, WV Consumer Credit and Protection Act, employment discrimination laws, and federal jurisdiction.
