Howard M Persinger III

Howard “Mo” Persinger, III has over 20 years of demonstrated success in handling complicated personal injury lawsuits for victims in West Virginia. He’s also handled energy-related cases, and has experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, which has included royalty disputes, leasing and contract disputes, and property acquisitions. Through his work in the energy industry, he’s helped a variety of landowners that include coal, oil, and gas producers. A 1995 graduate from the University of Virginia School of Law, he’s a member of the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation and the American Bar Association. He’s also a permanent member of the Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference.
