Defense of member of the Mongols on a Felony weapons charge with a Felony Gand Enhancement in Riverside County. Riverside has been actively prosecuting all cases involving members of the Mongols motor ... cycle club and charging defendants with a felony enhancement for memebership in a criminal street gang. Riverside is a very conservative county where a defense verdict or a hung jury in any gang related crime is not easy to obtain. My cleint ultimately was sentenced to 45 days for possession of a concealed weapon.
