Plaintiff Frank Minjarez was injured, suffering second degree burns over 17.5% of his body when a gas leak caused the bathroom he was in to explode; Defendant PRIMM Investments was the owner of the apa ... rtment building. Plaintiff claimed that the owner was negligent in failure to remedy a dangerous condition on the property, i.e., a non-code compliant galvanized line used to carry gas. Ms. Denno defended PRIMM Investments, and argued that reasonable inspection would fail to disclose the defect created by prior owners.
