Represent Plaintiff in litigation against a service station which was doing business as Jiffy Lube. Client had his oil changed. Jiffy Lube did not replace the cap and the oil drained out. The engine ... was completely destroyed. After we won in the trial court, Jiffy Lube appealed. We also won the appeal.
