OUTCOME: Was able to get "special circumstances" dropped, and plead to "carjacking", as the client did not know his co-defendant had gun or would should the victim.

Special Circumstance Felony Murder case. Client and co-defendant carjacked victim who was trying to sell his truck. When the victim would not leave the car at gunpoint, the co-defendant shot him, kil ... ling him. Body was thrown out of car, and later the car was burned to destroy evidence.
