Michael Elliott Brown

Michael Brown, Esq., J.D. is a founding principle of Brown and Brown Attorneys. Michael is a general practice attorney who’s practice has focused heavily on cases that are complex in the medical related field. He has experience taking personal injury and medical malpractice cases to completion including trial. His practice areas include personal injury, medical malpractice, medical related criminal defense, medical related civil litigation, estate planning, and tax and business law.  Michael’s unique experience has led to his retention in cases for clients across the country including cases in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, D.C., Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Florida.  Michael recent awards include being included in the Who’s Who of Top Attorneys and being invited to the Top Attorneys of North America.

In addition Michael was invited to the to the top 40 under 40 civil plaintiff attorneys by the national trial lawyers in 2020 and again was nominated in 2021. Michael was further recognized as the 2022 Top 10 under 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
