The Jury agreed with our side and awarded damages against each of the family members who participated in the fraud.

We represented Plaintiff's that were 6 homeowners in a Condominium complex. A general contractor friend of the property manager for the HOA was hired to replace the roofs over hundreds of units. The ... roofer started with the 6 plaintiffs units and took the old roofs off and let it rain for approximately 3 weeks until the units were destroyed by water and mold. The HOA took the position that each homeowner needed to fix their own unit.
