Althea Hurt Randolph

I used Althea when I was in a pinch and stuck in the midst of transferring my custody case to another city. She represented me for a motion to show cause and she also finally got my case transferred for me after I had worked with other attorneys for over a year. She was extremely knowledgeable and w...asn't afraid to speak up to the judge when she didn't agree with what was being said. Because of that specifically, the judge stopped her current ruling, allowed us to continue to present our case, and we ultimately prevailed. Although we did not achieve everything we wanted, it was a huge step in the right direction and what we didn't accomplish was in no way due to her lack of knowledge or effort. I wish I could have used her for my custody hearing, but due to being in a new jurisdiction I'm not able to. I still reach out to her occasionally and she is very responsive and genuinely cares about my case and especially justice for my daughter. I wish there were more attorneys like her where my case is now. She is extremely thorough, makes sure both you and she understands exactly what is going on and what the course of action is. She answers your questions at all hours of the day and is very easy to talk to and get in touch with. She is the most competent, prepared, involved, and dedicated attorney I have ever dealt with.
