I was assigned Attorney Dyer to represent me (as the State) vs. a relative for trespassing. I was confused, after our loss, because none of the evidence that I provided to him was utilized. Instead the only evidence submitted was an ariel view, which is horrible for illustrative purposes. It was t...ruly upsetting feeling like I didn't have someone fighting hard for me. Not to mention, telling me that's how the judge may rule sometimes... Like that makes it RIGHT!?! No victim should ever be made to feel like the criminal... and I now digress.
