Cary Powell Moseley

Mr Moseley was the best when it came down to defending me in a case in bedford Va. I would recommend him at all cost to anyone he is the true definition of a up front to the point lawyer. He was very considerate about my situation and what was going on in my life at the time in no way was he just abo...ut himself or a paycheck he cares about his clients me and my family will definitely call upon him if needed again thank you Mr Moseley.

I bought a car from Martinsville Motors and didn't realize it had a rebuilt title when I bought it because no one told me. When my bank figured it out they told me to find a lawyer and finding a lawyer was not easy because not a lot of people deal with this stuff. He did an awesome job I never had to go to court or nothing he sent them an email 2 hours later they were calling to buy the car back. I just now got a new car yesterday so all in all I was without a car maybe one day. I can't thank him enough for helping me because I was at wit's end my nerves were shot and everything because they were not working with me and Carrie made them. He stayed in contact with me the entire time and never left me hanging wondering what was going on. That alone says a lot for itself because I have a friend who's dealing with a lawyer and he ain't contacted her the first time and she has no clue what's going on with her lawyer or her case. We hired Cary for a guardianship/conservatorship hearing. He worked with us to achieve the best result in a complicated and difficult situation. Because we all lived out of state, he helped us manage the situation remotely. He worked with us to get the earliest court date we could and also helped ...us with rescheduling when there was an issue with the transportation.
