Personal Caring Service

Mr. Morrison handled my divorce. My personal and emotional well being was always a priority, after my consultation he immediately guided me to attend counseling. Throughout the entire long painful process of divorce I always felt encouraged knowing my legal counsel worked hard to help me get the fina...l result I desired and needed. Frank Morrison is truly a man of great character. I highly recommend him.

Be very careful

I hired Mr. Morrison when seeking a divorce. Mr. Morrison has let this case drag on for over 2 years and has not accomplished the things he said he would be able to do. When I question why things are not happening he always says that the other lawyer is not doing what he is supposed to do. However... when we were in court it was the other lawyer that seemed well prepared and confident. Mr. Morrison also told me I needed to bring someone to court with me to testify that my husband and I were living separate and apart. I told Mr. Morrison I did not want this person to know my financial information but he proceeded to discuss my financial information with her in the room showing no respect for my request to keep my information confidential. When I arrived for my appointment yesterday Mr. Morrison was not there. When he finally arrived he said he had to leave again and for me to stay and update my budget with office staff. I regret hiring this attorney.

Replied last March 04, 2019

I am very sorry that Wendy believes she did not get good results during my representation of her and that she believes I did not represent her well. While Wendy did not get everything she wanted, I believe that the settlement to which she agreed during my representation of her was a good settlement for her and I believe that I represented her well. Based on the attorney-client privilege, I am prohibited from giving any of the details of my representation of her and I wish Wendy the best for the future.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
