Eric Johnson

I was born and raised in Charlottesville, I attended high school at Albemarle High School in Charlottesville, and Randolph Macon College in Ashland, Virginia, I graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and then attended the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, Virginia, graduating in 1992.

Prior to joining PHILLIPS, MORRISON, JOHNSON & FERRELL, I worked as a personal injury attorney with the Richmond, Virginia law firm of Hundley & Johnson, P.C. My practice at Hundley & Johnson, as at PHILLIPS, MORRISON, JOHNSON & FERRELL, focused primarily on handling all aspects of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation including, automobile accidents, tractor trailer accidents, premises liability, wrongful death and insurance matters.  i also handle divorce and family law, collections, and traffic defense.

( am a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association; American Trial Lawyers Association; Campbell County Bar Association, Lynchburg Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar. 

I have three children, Will age 15 who is a sophomore at EC Glass High School, Mack age 13, who is an 8th grader at Linkhorne Middle school, and daughter Kakie who is a 6th grader at Linkhorne Middle school.

My interests away from the office include almost anything that allows me to enjoy the outdoors, including grouse hunting with my German Shorthair Pointer, spring gobbler hunting, fishing, running, biking and golf.  I also enjoy coaching my kids in sports including soccer, basketball and football.

Although I primarily serve as an accident and personal injury attorney in the local area, I am available to serve clients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia in all types of personal injury and accident cases.  I regularly practices as an accident and personal injury attorney in the courts of Central Virginia including the cities and towns of Lynchburg, Bedford, Roanoke, Charlottesville, Forest, Farmville, and Rustburg as well as surrounding areas including the counties of Bedford, Amherst, Campbell, Appomattox, Nelson, Roanoke, Albemarle, Prince Edward, and Buckingham, to name just a few.
