James Denver Fairchild

I am married and raising one child. My wife and I have had a couple of small businesses and I have a business degree. My practice centers on issues that affect families and business owners. My job is to help you overcome obstacles and take advantage of life's many opportunities. 

Prior to practicing law I spent a decade in the construction industry working my way up from the bottom. I understand the complexities of starting, growing a business, and the need to pass assets to my children. 

I am driven and enjoy actively and aggressively working on my clients behalf. I am confident there is a solution for every problem.
