Not a good laywer
I had retained Mr. Parks for a criminal proceeding and he was the worst lawyer I have ever had. He was very disrespectful upon our initial meeting. He disregarded how I wanted to plea and I fired him on the spot. Beware!!! Ask anyone about him, you will not hear good things
