Paternity action. Mother retained Mr. Raskin to assist with move to Central America with very young child. Mother had lived there prior to pregnancy. Both parents U.S. citizens. Father opposed move, c ... laiming dangers in third world country, and a litany of complaints about not being able to maintain contact with the child. C Family Court Services recommended denying the move - citing Mother's lack of a particular plan, et cetra. Trial was two days.
