I can't believe how my case turned out. I paid Venzie thousands of dollars to represent me in a child custody case. I never could get him to call me back regarding the case. He never once called me at all. I gave him the names of people to supeona as witnesses on my behalf. He never called a single p...erson. I asked him to research & do a background on my child's father & his wife. He never did that. So when it came time for court I had no witnesses & no info on the plaintiff or his wife. I had nothing. He went in to talk to the other attorney & the GAL & then he comes back to me wanting me to back down & agree to their terms which was joint custody. He told me to accept the deal because they had a solid case against me & I didn't stand a chance of getting my child. I've had her for 13 years & all of a sudden when her father decides to get self righteous I don't stand a chance of getting her? Bottom line Venzie didn't do his job at all. I don't think he did anything for me. I think this because you don't have your child 13 years & all of a sudden u don't stand a chance of keeping them. I will not & would not recommend Venzie for an attorney.
