I didn't think an attorney could save me from yet another speeding ticket and points on my record, but Mr. Jackson was able to get my ticket reduced to improper equipment. This was especially important for me because in North... Carolina, your license can be suspended for driving 71 mph in a 55. The fees were very reasonable; I probably saved money by not having to pay the hefty speeding fine and increase in insurance.

No representation whatsoever. During FOUR years it took him to "work" on my case, I gave him detailed evidence, cited and copied cases for him, months went by when I heard nothing from him, did not return calls, then sent a letter informing me of court date. In court, he brought up NONE of the evid...ence given to him, asked no questions except to me when he asked why I had taken $2500.00 from a joint checking account. Duh! That's what he required as retainer. In fact, he advised me to take out half the money in that account, which I did not do. He did not defend ANY of the questions asked to me. The judge made a ruling. I had not been told that court appearance would be final. To get paid (almost $5000.00), he had monies from a 401k sent to him, deducting his fee and giving me the remainder. DO NOT HIRE HIM!
