Karen Ousley Boyer

I'm an attorney in Georgia, so when my college-aged son received a (super-speeder, as we call it in Georgia) speeding ticket coming back from visiting a friend at V.T., I did some research and felt like Ms. Boyer would be the right fit to represent him. From start to finish, Ms. Boyer was profession...al, patient with me as mom, and very clear with expectations. She negotiated his ticket down to a non-moving violation without my son having to go back to Virginia, which was a far better result than I ever could have hoped for. My daughter got a speeding ticket for 81 mph in Carrol county. In Virginia this is reckless driving, a misdemeanor. Ms. Boyer was able to get this charge reduced to a nonmoving violation. A small fine plus court costs and no points. Had she been found guilty she faced 12 months in jail, $2500 fine, 6... months loss of dl. She is obviously well respected by the court and does so at a fair and reasonable rate. i highly reccomend her as your representation.
