Possibly the worst attorney in the entire state of Virginia complaints have been filed with the bar. Doesn't respond to letters, emails, or phone calls from his clients that are incarcerated or family members of the incarcerated client and when the family member has written and verbal permission to s...peak to him about anything pertaining to the case. When you do finally get him to answer the phone for the very first time after a year and a half he will tell you you are not the client and nothing the case including the next court date so you can ask off work, is your business and slam the phone down in your ear. We've spent almost $200 on phone calls and letters and the last year and a half trying to get a hold of him. He's been to the jail once he has responded to no phone calls, no emails at all. The one phone phone call that was answered the family member was told nothing about the case was their business and they were hung up on. If he is your court appointed attorney request a new one as soon as possible if you're paying out of pocket don't waste your time you will not hear from him.
