David Joseph Hutton

I paid Mr. Hutton a retainer to represent me in re a real estate suite. Mr Hutton never did any work on the suite, except to review deeds in the local courthouse. Other than that, My Hutton never completed any work on the dispute, but he charged me consultation fees when I would ask him (three ti...mes, I believe) if he had made any progress other than a cursory review of deeds , His answer was always, no, but he would get on it within a week. Each time, he promised to promptly write a letter to the plaintiff, informing the plaintiff that I would be challenging his claim --one letter, about 500 words max. This went on for over a year, I eventually I retained another attorney.
