Alexis Tahinci is the founder of Tahinci Law Firm PLLC and a dedicated advocate for employee rights. Before launching her own practice in 2022, Alexis served for more than seven years as a law clerk to a United States District Judge, where she gained extensive experience analyzing and helping decide complex employment and business litigation. Her prior positions with well-respected firms in Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia, where she represented corporate clients, provide her with a strategic advantage in representing employees today.
Alexis’s commitment to employment law is personal as well as professional; she saw firsthand the impact of job loss on her family and has experienced workplace harassment. These experiences fuel her drive to ensure dignity and justice for her clients. She graduated at the top of her classes at both Hollins University and Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law, and she is licensed in Virginia and Tennessee. Alexis is an active member of the legal community, serving on boards including the Tennessee Employment Lawyers Association and the YWCA Finance Committee. She is also a frequent presenter of continuing legal education programs and resides in Washington County, Tennessee, with her two young children.
