Takes money from clients on pro bono cases
I have been witness to two instances where mr. Pennington was provided to the defendant on pro bono terms. His spill is that if it work out in his favor or the defendants favor rather then he will charge a 200-500$ fee, which is completely illegal. He calls other attorneys clients and undercuts them ...
