I contacted John on a recommendation from a friend, and I'm glad I did. John quickly set up a phone call that worked with my schedule, and spent a fair amount of time going over the process of setting up an NFA trust as well as answering all of my questions. When I was ready to setup the trust, he ga...ve me some good advice and examples for naming, and sent me a copy of the trust documentation much quicker than expected. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to set up an NFA trust in the state of Virginia.

I had a outstanding experience working with John. He was responsive, returned calls promptly, kept his word in regards to the time frames he said he would have my papers completed, was affordable and very knowledgeable. I called Mr. Pierce at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday afternoon and got redirected to his voicemail after no one answered. That same evening Mr. Pierce called me back at 7:15 pm ready to assist with what I had informed him of in the voicemail. He was very knowledgeable about the topic at hand and didn't hesi...tate to answer any questions I had. By 3:30 pm the following day my trust was completed. He did not charge me until the trust actually went through which is a very nice gesture.
