I contacted him with some follow-up questions both of immediate concern as well as future potential changes. Again he quickly responded with clear, detailed answers. My interaction with him was very helpful in understanding the details of the process, and he provides additional information on his site regarding the final steps of filling out paperwork including common issues and how to avoid them. I would work with Mr. Pierce again in the future given his quick response, reasonable fees, and willingness to follow-up on customer questions.

I happen to stumble across Mr. Pierce's ad as I "Googled" information on creating a firearm specific trust. I was looking for VA practicing attorneys. As I continued to read he struck me as someone who was adamant about assisting law abiding citizens in exercising their 2nd amendment rights. Withi...n the first few minutes of talking with him I felt completely confident that I was going to receive excellent service and I was not disappointed. My trust documents were completed and returned to me in a surprisingly quick turnaround. His knowledge of the law is unquestionable and the fee for creating the trust is by far the most reasonable that I could find for this particular type of council. In my honest opinion you cannot go wrong with employing Mr. Pierce for your firearm trust needs.
