I sent John Pierce an inquiry about creating an NFA Trust, and within 48hours John executed one up for me. John was very knowledgeable through the whole process and his pricing was very reasonable. In times of need, in times of understanding, you need someone that has your back at all times. Someone who does their due diligence someone that has your best interest in mind for the greater good.  My experience with Mr. Pierce as my attorney goes beyond words, he was available to me 24 hours a day............ literally you can call him at any time and he will answer his phone (or get back to you within the hour), fair, attentive and willing to serve. His knowledge of the law and policys/procedures within the courthouse are second-to-none. He was thorough, expedient and was able to navigate the politics of the courtroom to achieve the greater good for his client. I live out of the state of Virginia (deep south), we did all of our scheduled conferences by phone and email. The one thing that I appreciate about Mr. Pierce is his honesty. If he feels that the case may not go well he let you know up front and if he feels the case is a winner will let you know as well. The one thing he will do is fight to The Bitter End as his tenacity for gun rights /Second Amendment/ Civil Rights and just plain fairness is what you need on your side and I was glad to have him win my second amendment case.My case was in Fairfax County and I thought that was going to be a problem I was quickly reminded by Mr. Pierce he will travel the entire state for his client and that right there told me he has a heart of a lion to do whatever legally needs to be done to achieve success for his client.I wish I was able to give six stars but five will have to do as I fully recommend Mr. Pierce as your future attorney..... you won't be disappointed.

Mr. John Pierce represented me in a Virginia CHP denial. Without going into the specifics of my situation, John Pierce knows the law very well. I can tell you that he will not take on a case unless he thinks he has a fighting chance. And fight he will. He is not going to take any case just to get pai...d. Mr. Pierce is very honest and available during times that most attorneys would not be. Even if there are things that he has to do his homework on, such as out of state unclear records, John will walk you through it and do the research on his own as well. I was represented in the most professional possible manner. John Pierce has much respect for the courtroom and was respected by the court because of this. As soon as he opened his mouth the entire courtroom was in awe of the knowledge of this man. Do not hire any random attorney if you are trying to get your gun rights restored. Mr. Pierce is a professional in this field. We had a positive outcome in court, and I thank Mr. Pierce for representing me.

I found John great to work with an not like other gun trust attorneys trying to sell you more then you need or want. He was quit and very knowledgable, more so then any other gun trust attorney. When it came time to go though all the detailed ATF filings later in doing an e-filing with ATF, John wa...s very hands on and got me though it, for which if I had tried on my own, it would end up costing me months of time in making errors and getting kick backs from ATF or even my breaking the law. John kept me on track and it all include by having a trust put together with him. He's the go to guy when it comes to guns and the ATF.

John did a great job in representing me for my restoration of firearm rights, he spoke very knowledgeable in the court hearing and was quick to respond .I know there are never any absolutes when going to court especially with something like this type request to a circuit court judge but I did a lot s...earching before I finally pulled the trigger and I could not have done any better in my choice for representation.
