I used John Pierce at the recommendation of my FFL in order to set up my NFA Trust. I called him in order to understand what was needed, and he was knowledgeable about the process I needed to follow. He has a questionnaire online that you can fill out and email to him. I had the trust document the... next day, along with instructions on how to complete the document and register any NFA items. Similar lawyers charge substantially more for this same service. I would highly recommend John Pierce to anyone who wants to set up an NFA Trust.

Mr. Pierce answered all of my questions and explained everything very clearly and with an audible smile. Not only does he have extensive knowledge in gun trusts but he has extensive knowledge on actual firearms. The whole process took less than 10 minutes over the phone. I spoke with him last nigh...t and recieved the trust early this morning! Cheaper than online do-it-yourself gun trusts and he accepts payment only after you are completely satisfied.
