Just wanted to say how pleased I have been with the NFA trust creation and utilization of it. John, has been very helpful and patient with the process from start to finish and including updating the trust. At first I was skeptical like a lot of you reading this review. I waited before writing this... review until the dust settled and I hand the trust tax stamp in hand. Things went smoothly. I contacted Mr. Pierce by email on a recent Sunday afternoon regarding assistance with a trust. I was guessing he would get back with me early in the week. Instead, he left me a message within a couple of hours to contact him at any time. I called him back and he was able to ask me all of the pertine...nt questions, explain the issues and answer my questions. The trust document was completed and sent for my review by Monday evening and I am ready to execute it immediately. I have worked with numerous attorney's in my career and have found his service and expertise to be extraordinary. Additionally, he listened carefully and made certain that I understood everything. I called Mr. Pierce at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday afternoon and got redirected to his voicemail after no one answered. That same evening Mr. Pierce called me back at 7:15 pm ready to assist with what I had informed him of in the voicemail. He was very knowledgeable about the topic at hand and didn't hesi...tate to answer any questions I had. By 3:30 pm the following day my trust was completed. He did not charge me until the trust actually went through which is a very nice gesture. A friend recommended Mr. Pierce to me, and I am glad I went through his as he walked me through the whole process step by step. Again, Mr. Pierce was very helpful, knowledgeable, and fast. Thanks.

This was a very fast and painless process. He answered all questions and continues to answer my questions long after the trust has been completed. I was shocked to see him rely to an email on Saturday and have the trust completed by Sunday evening. It does not get any easier then this.
