I had been mulling over the idea of creating a trust because I knew just enough to basically get me into trouble. Once reading the reviews about John I decided to email him some questions I had about the trust. He emailed me back within hours saying he would call me in the evening once he got into hi...s office. He reached out to me like he said he would and answered all of my questions plus educated me on some of the areas of the trust that I thought I already knew, again I knew just enough to get me into trouble. After spending about 10 or so minutes on the phone John said he would have my documents sent by the next business day. He moves really quick and stays true to his word. He also will make any changes to your trust, and answer all of your questions without charging you any more than the $100 you pay. Overall this was the most easiest and informative experiences I have had when dealing with anything firearm related. You can't beat this type of service for the price you pay and I will be going back to John for any of my firearm related legal needs in the future. Anyone who wants to create a trust needs to speak to John as he will guide you through every step of the way.

First and foremost, John is great to deal with. He handled my work for a flat fee, but I never once felt rushed during the process. He took his time to explain everything to me in detail, and even discuss some tangentially related matters. He is also fast, we had everything done in 2 days, and his... rates are very reasonable. John is an amazing guy to work with. He answers the phone when you call or calls right back in minutes, answers emails quickly, and is beyond accessible for an attorney. He spent more time than expected answering questions, almost to the point I felt bad for the $100 he charges. He truly seems to ...love sharing his gun knowledge, and I recommend him 100% for a NFA gun trust. He delivered as promised within 24 hours, and I couldn't be happier. To add to it, he insisted the first time I go through a form 1 online to contact him and he will walk me through it step by step. All this for $100! Need I say more?
