John Andrew Pierce

I contacted John Pierce last year for information about a trust for NFA firearms. He answered all of my questions on the phone and provided a trust that perfectly fit my needs. Then, over the phone, he walked me through my first NFA submission process. My first purchase went perfectly and I receiv...ed the tax stamp from the ATF without any problems. Since then, he has quickly answered follow-up questions and continues to provide excellent and timely service when needed. I was at a gunshow in Richmond, VA last Summer (July of 2015) when I heard John's name brought up in reference to establishing an NFA trust. I took one of his business cards that the VCDL was kind enough to offer from their table, and decided I would call him on the ride home. It was a Sunday afterno...on so I expected to leave a message and to receive some sort of response in a day or two once the work-week rolled back around. Well, John picked up on the second ring. We got to talking and I provided some basic info for him about what I wanted. It was all very simple and expedient. Within an hour or two my trust was drafted and ready to go, all I had to do was print it out and get it notarized which, quite honestly, was more of a hassle than was dealing with John. He made what could very well be an onerous and intimidating process into a breeze. I will confidently hire John for any legal service I may (hopefully not) need in the future.

John has been our goto NFA lawyer for about 6 months now. I initially called him to set up a trust. This was done extremely quickly and since I was a newbie he had no problem explaining the basics on exactly what needed to be done. His instructions were clear and he even assists me when filling out F...orm 1s. His continued support on the Trust and helpfulness, even while i know hes been swamped, shows his commitment to his clients and profession.
