Lies and never calls back, never does what he says he will
If you’re appointed Mr. Kessler, immediately ask and file for another attorney. Document everything through email, everything! Record everything and do your research on which papers to write. Research what Demure is before or AT the arraignment, NOT after. He never filed motions or appeals after stat...

Bad service, doesn't care
I was appointed Mr. Kessler for a criminal defense matter. He never called the witnesses I wanted to call, and didn't say anything in court. I was convicted even though I was innocent because he wouldn't call my witnesses. I'm very disappointed.
