Bad Bad Lawyer
This guy did a real estate closing for me and messed up the whole deal. So bad that I got sued from someone and they said since i didn't get title insurance I would lose the property and get nothing. I paid for at least 5 years on this property and lost it due to a title issue that he didn't check.
