Davis failed to meet deadlines, failed to take depositions of material witnesses, withheld evidence, and failed to challenge the Wal-Mart lawyer's perverted, and fabricated presentation of the facts. In other words he was much more of an asset to Wal-Mart than he was to me. He did nothing to help ...my case or to represent me before the court. Totally incompetent. I would suggest if you should hire Mr. Davis that you do so at your own peril. I tried to submit this with a zero star rating, but it would not submit until I had selected a rating, hence one star which is way to high.
