Dennis Eugene Nagel

Dennis Nagel has been my "attorney in shining armor" for almost 7 years with ongoing legal issues starting with my divorce, which cascaded into multiple child custody and support issues and hearings over the years. Dennis was the BIG HERO for myself and my son just a few weeks ago when he success...fully argued an appeal to the Circuit Court regarding the custody of my son. Dennis is keenly efficient at what he does. In court, he is able to make strong arguments that are clear and concise, which I believe the courts appreciate. Outside of court, Dennis is very quick to respond to emergency emails (I'm talking like within 5 minutes of you sending an "SOS/MAYDAY" type of issue through email...on a SUNDAY NIGHT...kind of "very quick"). Also, in office meetings are very thorough and to the point, yet, Dennis makes you feel better about what you are worried about when he is discussing your case with you. Yet, he never sugar coats anything. Dennis is an attorney who tells it like it is and you always know where you and your case stands with him at the helm.
