About Talfourd
Biography
Talfourd H. Kemper is approaching 50 years of dedicated service to Woods Rogers clients. His expertise in construction law, corporate and business law, real estate, tax and trusts and estate planning has influenced hundreds of companies and individuals.
In the past he has served in a number of capacities for the firm, including managing partner and head of the Business Law Section. Talfourd has been named in Best Lawyers in America in both corporate law and real estate law for more than 20 years.
After graduating from Princeton University, Talfourd served as an officer in the U. S. Navy until 1962. He then attended law school at the University of Virginia, where he was articles editor of the Virginia Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. He joined the firm in 1965.
